Dear Seaside School District Students and Families,

Welcome to a new school year! Even though we are not starting in person, we are so excited you are joining us virtually. We have missed you! This week you will be getting to know your teachers and classmates, as well as learning how to use our digital curriculum and tools for communication.

This is a new adventure for all of us and I'm very thankful to all our staff for the hard work they've done preparing for Comprehensive Distance Learning. We will improve our learning everyday and better understand the importance of flexibility and adapting to new situations through this experience.

We look forward to seeing you in our new buildings soon.

Sincerely,

Susan Penrod
Superintendent
