Jeff Roberts is honored to serve as Superintendent of the Seaside School District and is entering his 16th year with the district. Throughout his career in Seaside, he has had the privilege of serving students, staff, and families in a variety of leadership roles, including Secondary School Principal, Principal of Seaside High School, Principal of Broadway Middle School, and Assistant Principal at Seaside High School.

In addition to his administrative responsibilities, Jeff has remained deeply connected to students through extracurricular activities, serving as the Associated Student Body (ASB) Advisor and Head Varsity Football Coach. These experiences have reinforced his belief that meaningful relationships, high expectations, and a strong sense of belonging are the foundation of student success.

As Superintendent, Jeff is committed to ensuring every student has access to exceptional educational opportunities while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. He values the strong partnerships between the district, families, staff, and the greater Seaside community and is dedicated to building on the district's tradition of excellence.

Jeff and his wife, Nissa, make their home in Gearhart. They are proud parents of Seaside High School graduate McKenna and even prouder grandparents to their granddaughter, Elle. Jeff looks forward to the day when Elle joins the district as a Puffin, a Shark, and ultimately a Seagull.
